Privacy
RaceWeekend is a hobby Formula 1 pick’em game played between friends. This page describes everything it stores and why. Last updated: July 2026.
What we store
- Account basics — your display name and email address, provided by the sign-in provider you choose (Apple or Google via Microsoft Entra External ID). We never see your password.
- Game data — your picks, scores, and group memberships. These are visible to the other members of your groups; that’s the game.
- Notification settings — if you enable push notifications in the mobile app, a device push token and your notification preferences. Signing out of the app, or turning notifications off, removes the token.
What we don’t do
- No advertising, no trackers, no analytics beyond operational server logs.
- No selling or sharing of your data with anyone.
- No use of your data for anything except running the game.
Where it lives
The service runs on Microsoft Azure; sign-in is handled by Microsoft Entra External ID federating Apple and Google; push notifications are delivered by Apple’s Push Notification service. Race data comes from public F1 timing sources and contains nothing about you.
Deleting your data
Want your account and everything attached to it removed? Email raceweekend@spartina.us and it will be deleted.
